Full-time Job Description
- Operate in a safe manner following all rules, procedures, permissions, licenses, contracts, and instructions.
- To manage the safe and efficient operation of the RDF facility
- Prepare daily RDF production schedule.
- Coordinate feedstock material deliveries with production schedule
- Coordinate daily RDF production schedule with cement plant operational needs
- Ensure that RDF is produced on time and with good quality.
- Direct RDF shredder operator and crane operator to ensure RDF quality.
- Schedule RDF workforce to ensure adequate staffing.
- Monitor RDF product standards and implement quality-control programs.
- Work with management to implement the company’s policies and goals.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervise and motivate RDF operational team.
- Review the performance of subordinates.
- Identify training needs and implement.
- Review all daily plant maintenance checks and ensure repairs and servicing is carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensure working areas are kept tidy and maintain access to emergency exits where appropriate.
- Adheres to the labor and technological discipline rules as well as to the regulations for occupational health and safety and fire prevention
Job Requirements
- 3-7 years proven experience in the operations/mechanical field.
- Familiar with the technical characteristics of the related machines and equipment.
- Good command of English.
- Good level in MS and office applications.
- High level of communication & Organization skills.
