Full-time Job Description
• Prepare the plant budget to control the cost.
• Review and approve the production plan to achieve the yearly targets.
• Represent the operation side in the steering committee to take the proper strategic decisions regarding the plant.
• Update the CAPEX list to take the proper decisions regarding the pre projects, maintenance projects or new lines… etc.
• Ensure that the safety systems are working in the proper way to enhance the safety culture in the organization and introducing new safety systems.
• Coach the whole team to achieve their targets and implement all the pre approved policies and procedures inside the plant.
• Set and monitor product standards in case of changing the product standards only to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
• Issue a realistic budget.
• Achieve the production plan.
• Maintain Safe and healthy Environment.
• Enhance the qualification of the team, equipment and processes.
• Maintain team work to towards the company’s vision.
•Cost control.
•Manage the priority and feasibility of the special projects.
Job Requirements
1- He must posses at least 15 years experience and specialized in “cement products”.
2-The age should not exceed 58 years old.
